CHALLENGE: Client was undertaking a systems implementation with four trans-national clients and needed a problem and change management solution and one that would pass formal customer audit

RESULT: Problem and change management process passed audit and proceeded to handle unexpectedly large volume of problem incidents and change requests due to supplier failure on a critical module for systems implementation

CHALLENGE: Client needed to reduce operational cost

SOLUTION: Assessed operation using operations management and process engineering tools to identify and build desktop tools to eliminate non-value add activity in work process

RESULT: Staff able to process 2x previous work volumes through elimination of wait and move process inefficiencies

CHALLENGE: Client was merging two businesses and needed to merge their customer data to provide a holistic view of their customers

SOLUTION: Developed and executed enterprise change management project with client internal stakeholders

RESULT: Over 400k new customer records merged with existing data store of 800k customers with the 50+ downstream systems and processes prepared and ready
|
CHALLENGE: Client had recently completed deployment of a Financial Datamart and MSBI system and needed to transition to a robust sustainment model following release of most project related staff

SOLUTION: Led team to adopt key systems management and SLA tracking processes
|
RESULT: Consistent monthly delivery of over 200 different reports (2,000 report views per month) for over 200 different financial and business staff with much smaller support team

CHALLENGE: Client needed to replace their existing batch-updated customer-data information store with a modernized version that would sustain legacy workflow but enable online application access
|
SOLUTION: Conducted market survey to assess potential solutions but ended up working with IT organization to build replacement platform given unique requirements of organization
|
RESULT: Replacement went live with no operational impacts to legacy workflow (4M records from over 15 different sources) and enabled online application access via service layer
|
CHALLENGE: Client needed to assess current state of its network operation but with all the data they had they were struggling to see the forest for the trees
|
SOLUTION: Utilized open-source, data analytics and machine learning to provide reporting and insights into operation from available data (including problem and incident trends, network and server vulnerabilities, facility capacity, and environmental risks)
